Dismissive to patients and staff. Pawned me off on the emergency room. Did not examine me for for the reason/ symptoms I went. Refused to give me a doctor's note that I was even there. I did NOT ask for a return to work. Even went as far as to scold the medical assistant I was not to receive anything. Had to request a copy of receipt and the er referral. Since that was all I was allowed to have. Sat around for 10 minutes. The referral wasn't complicated. She went to the bathroom and did other things. I guess I was expecting to much by asking for it. That effort to print vs electronic. I'm sorry, if I was so emergent that you couldn't treat me, why am I sitting in the waiting room? Then finally gave it to the assistant to pass to me. Thank you for taking my money, not treating me and costing my panicked husband an er copay for it to be the juice I drank. Blood sugar was already down in the hospital. Was normal an hour later when I left. The hospital treated me for the URI and checked my symptoms. This provider may have an education, she is single minded and only listens to herself. I refuse to to go to the hospital she referred me to so I wound up somewhere else. I wasn't going to talk over her to explain my parents died where she tried to send me. The primary care team for With Care is exceptional, their support staff have always been exceptional. If this provider is at the urgent care location, go somewhere else.

Everyone is so professional at the urgent care. The Dr., Arlaina Dunning is clear when she talk, listen to you and answer any question you have.

This was my first visit to With Care. My experience was a good one. The staff and Doctor was very helpful and nice. I went in for a stopped up ear and was examined. I was told how to handle it. My ear is now popping and hopefully opening up soon. Thank you so much! Keep up the Great Work!
