Cost without Insurance

Sick Visit: $149

*Includes exam, treatment, in-house testing, procedures (Ear irrigation, EKG, Foreign Object Removal, Laceration Repair, Abscess Incision & Drainage etc.) and in-house medications administration (injections excludes vaccines)

Wellness Visit: $199 *Includes exam, treatment plan and wellness labs (CBC, Lipid Panel, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel and Thyroid Panel).

STD Testing Visit: $360 *Includes exam, treatment, in-house medication administration (injection(s), comprehensive testing for HIV, Syphilis, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Trichomonas,

Hepatitis C etc.

Medical equipment

*Durable medical equipment (such as splints, braces, orthopedic boots, and crutches) are offered at an additional cost (prices may vary). Vaccinations, immunizations, and physicals (such DOT, school/sports/camp, pre-employment etc.) are priced individually.

Cost with Insurance
